As a matter of course, we will delete your identifiable information if you have not undertaken business with us after twelve (12) months.

Booking enquiries - We request the minimum level of personal information to run our business effectively. This is data you provide us directly, for example, your name and contact details. We will never obtain information about you indirectly from sources outside our business. We store information with respect to your booking requirements to ensure we maintain and exceed our level of service. For example, your time of arrival, requirements for parking or dietary needs. We consider you have provided consent for us to store personal information and information about your requirements to receive our services.

Booking confirmations and reminders - We will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm you’re booking. We consider making the booking as consent to undertake this activity, but you may opt out at any time.

Data processors and data locations – Like many other websites, this site automatically collects certain information about your computer hardware and software, which cannot be used to identify you, during your visit. This information may include: your IP address, browser type, operating system, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used only for system and website administration. If you contact us by email, we will not pass your details to anyone else.
